These easy to make muffins taste amazing and fit a gluten-free diet. Eat them hot out of the oven, or cold, your choice!

Ingredients
1 cup mozzarella
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup finely chopped spinach
6 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 scoop Levels Unflavored Whey Protein
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the rest and stir until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a muffin tray.
Bake at 375 for approximately 20 minutes until the surface of the muffins is beautifully crisp and golden.
