Ingredients
3/4 cup oat flour

1 scoop Levels Vanilla Bean Protein
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
Preheat 350 degrees F.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
Add in the egg whites.
Divide into 4 large muffin cups.
Bake for about 7 minutes.
Dice the strawberries.
When cakes are done, scoop out the center.
Add yogurt to the center.
Top with strawberries + blueberries.
