Classic chocolate chip cookies with a twist —you can't go wrong. Thick, soft, and packed with protein.

Ingredients
1 cup coconut flour (flour of choice)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

1 scoop Levels Casein (any flavor)
1 pinch of salt
2 sticks butter
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Partially melt butter, add sugar, vanilla, egg and whisk until smooth.
Add dry mixture to wet mixture and whisk together.
Add Chocolate Chips.
Make into balls.
Flatten slightly with fork prior to cooking.
Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes.

Eat plain, or with Vanilla Ice Cream
