This breakfast treat is well-rounded with complex carbohydrates from the banana and oats, healthy fat from the chocolate chips and nut milk, and protein from the egg. Bonus points for added scoop of Levels Protein!

Ingredients

1 scoop Levels Vanilla Whey Protein
2 cup oats
2 bananas
3 eggs
1 cup milk of choice
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat an oven-safe mug, ramekin, or baking dish with oil.
Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined.
Pour batter into a baking dish. Top with chocolate chips.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Top with flakey sea salt, let cool, and enjoy!
